Val di Serra dei Benaci
Our accommodation facility supports the cultivation of a typical Cinque Terre vineyard called Val di Serra dei Benaci, a family originally from Riomaggiore, dedicated to agriculture that had in Tommaso Bonanini (1912/1988) not only one of the last direct farmers in the area but above all a tireless promoter and founding member of the Cinque Terre Agricultural Cooperative (established on March 31, 1973) which still works to protect the D.O.C. 5 Terre brand.
The delivery of the grapes from this vineyard to the Cinque Terre Agricultural Cooperative contributes to the production of a limited number of bottles (annual average 5466) called Costa de Sèra
